 Some notes about the registration form
We’re relying on the registration form to tell us everything we need to know about you and the options 
you wish to sign up for.
  • Each line on the form provides a different option.
  • In those lines that match your requirements place a tick in the appropriate box. Where
           applicable use the early bird box (up to February 29) or from March 1 the full price box.
  • Write the amount in the space alongside.
  • When you’ve completed your choices. add everything up and write the result in the ‘Total to
            Pay’ space.
  • Use internet banking to pay that amount into our BNZ bank account (02-0688-0138584-18),
            being sure to include your surname and a phone number in the Reference fields.
  • If you would rather pay by cheque, please send to the address below.

Remember also to email or post the completed form to us.

Multiple tick boxes
Some lines have several tick boxes, for example in the line for one-day registrations there are three
boxes, so you can indicate which day you want to register for.

In the lines for ordering meals there are three tick boxes so you can specify which day or days you
want to order meals. Remember to multiply the cost by the number of days.

Boarding house accommodation
You will need to be a bit careful working out the costs for the on-site accommodation because there
are different rates for the public holiday days.

Say you are staying from April 9 till April 13, ie, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights — four
nights altogether — the Thursday and Saturday nights will be at $40/night/person, while the Friday
and Sunday nights will cost $48/night/person (assuming a shared room).

Adding breakfast will be another $17.40/day on the Friday and Sunday, but only $14/day on other
days. There will be no casual breakfasts, if you want breakfast it must be pre-booked.

Confirmation
  • Our target is to acknowledge registrations by email within three days of payment appearing in
           our bank account.
  • Allowing that there are no bank transactions on Saturday or Sunday nights, if you do not
           receive confirmation within five days of making payment, please get in touch.
  • Please allow longer for posted forms and payments.
